We have been quietly building something we are genuinely proud of.
Rostersmith is a SaaS platform purpose-built for healthcare practices that need to eliminate the pain of roster scheduling. Think pathology labs, radiology groups and multi-site medical practices – any environment where complex shift patterns, regulatory compliance and provider availability collide in ways spreadsheets were never designed to handle.
At its core, Rostersmith uses a constraint-based optimisation engine to generate fair, compliant rosters that respect HPCSA requirements, BCEA leave entitlements and the dozens of practice-specific rules that make healthcare scheduling uniquely demanding. The platform handles everything from leave management and public holiday logistics to manual overrides with full audit trails – all wrapped in a clean, modern interface designed for practice managers, not IT departments.
We are currently in the final stages of development, putting the finishing touches on the platform ahead of structured user acceptance testing. Our target is to have the production version ready for client onboarding later this year.
Rostersmith is a multi-tenant platform hosted on modern cloud infrastructure, meaning practices of varying sizes can be onboarded quickly without complex installations or hardware requirements.
